This is my healthy and motivating weightloss blog! I've come so far since I started and genuinely feel so much happier, healthier and fitter and health and fitness are major hobbies of mine.
At the beginning of April last year I joined a gym and I love exercise a lot but my eating needed to be controlled which I have successfully achieved now.
I don't eat any junk or processed foods, high in sat. fat, sugars etc. This is all about finding a good balance and feeling great about myself.
I'm making sure to eat the right portions, maintain my exercise routine and have a fit and healthy body!
I'm a runner, I like yoga, pilates and I also love tennis, dance and bike riding :)
